This webhook notification is sent when the status of a listing is updated on StubHub, where the initiator of the status update is not the publisher of the listing. For example, if you published the listing on StubHub and the listing was deleted by StubHub, a notification will be sent to you. If, on the other hand, you deleted the listing on StubHub, notification will not be sent.
